The Skriker

A play by Caryl Churchill

The Skriker (2016) was the first production staged by Little Scorpion Productions. It was conceived as an immersive experience in the underground basement space of Dunedin’s Athenaeum, with audiences and performers moving between several spaces.

The production won ‘Best Ensemble’ and was a finalist in the categories of ‘Show of the Year’, ‘Best Director’, ‘Best Use of Digital Technology’, ‘Emerging Talent’, ‘Best Costume’ and ‘Outstanding Innovation’ at the 2016 Dunedin Theatre Awards.
